As your business grows, or you bring in a bookkeeper, getting user access right protects your data and makes collaboration easier.
1. Inviting a new user
Under user settings, you can invite someone by email, who then sets up their own login.
2. Setting the right permission level
MYOB offers different access levels, so staff only see what is relevant to their role.
3. Inviting your accountant or BAS agent
MYOB allows you to invite your accountant or BAS agent to your file at no extra cost, giving them direct access without sharing your personal login.
4. Reviewing who has access
Check your user list periodically and remove access for anyone who no longer needs it.
MYOB Academy covers user management: watch the official MYOB tutorial. If you would like our registered BAS agents added to your file, we can talk you through the right access level.
We'll only use it to follow up on your feedback \u2014 never for anything else.
