MYOB can produce a lot of reports, but a handful are worth checking regularly rather than only at tax time.

1. Profit and Loss

Shows income and expenses over a period, giving you a clear read on whether the business is actually making money.

2. Balance Sheet

A snapshot of what the business owns and owes at a point in time.

3. Cash Flow

Tracks cash in and out, which can tell a different story to profit and loss, especially if clients are slow to pay.

4. Job Profitability

If you are tracking jobs individually, this report shows which types of work are actually worth taking on again.

MYOB Academy has walkthroughs of key reports: watch the official MYOB tutorial. Our offsite bookkeeping team can help you read these properly.
