Sending a clean, professional invoice in MYOB takes just a few steps once you know where everything sits.

1. Start a new invoice

From the Sales menu, create a new invoice and select or add the customer you are billing.

2. Add your line items

Enter each item or service, quantity and price, with MYOB calculating GST and totals automatically.

3. Set payment terms and due date

Choose your terms and add any reference the client needs, like a job number or purchase order.

4. Review and send

Send the invoice directly by email from MYOB, with a link for the client to view and pay online if enabled.
